More training to better HELP you reach your GOALS

Nathan recently completed an extensive course of study and received certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

A Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) helps clients and athletes prevent injuries, reduce movement deficiencies, improve muscle imbalances, and maximize results by creating safe, individualized training programs by identifying dysfunctions, developing a plan of action, and implementing corrective exercise solutions.

Corrective Exercise Specialists will apply expertise by combining assessment results with the easy-to-follow Corrective Exercise Continuum (CEx) to deliver maximum returns to our clients.

“We are now a year-around drop off location for local food banks.  Please drop off non-perishable food items in our lobby at any time during clinic hours 8 – 5 M – F.  Thank you”

Philosophy

Our philosophy is to provide the highest quality physical therapy through personalized care and education. We will perform comprehensive evaluations and encourage patient and physician input for treatment planning and goal setting. A one-on-one approach ensures patient comprehension and enhances proper treatment progression to guarantee the best outcome for our patients.

Our Focus:

-------------------------------
Compassion

We want to do our part to make this world better for each of us; to make this world more loving and caring.

It is our hope that by sharing our compassion for the individual with each person that comes in our clinic's door, that the person will in turn share their compassion with others that day. We want our one-on-one, patient centered approach to be the model of health care.
